What are we?
So,it is true!
That our most phenomenal and most underrated power is thought power.
With every thought, we create we are literally writing our destiny.
On my way to self-improvement, I have consumed a lot of "motivational" and "Success stories" content, just to get out of bed and do something more significant.
But i was never satisfied! Even i felt that my soul rejected some of the ideas or the language which sounded like you were being berated, at this point in time you need to be kind to yourself.
Not to be another example of "See they are doing so much better, so why can't you move your A** Up"
In the process, i realised I am a different person! Very different! I need to implement/find my own method to come out of this grey shadow of numbness surrounding me. Because i have always believed i am much much better than people conceive me. But failed to implement that in action. Because everyone's life is different and it doesn't come with a manual. It'd be much easier if it did.
During the content searching process,i found a spiritual teacher. We, humans, are generally very sceptical to believe in things at first,i watched her 2-3 videos! But to my surprise, she was not saying go to this place, perform this ritual or anything like that, then you will be at peace.
She was simply teaching people to be good humans! That is where it all starts, and that is statistically the first step towards spirituality.
Most of us are struggling to be good humans in this very time!
Do we feel grumpy? Yes
Do we feel irritated? Yes
Do we feel anger? Yes
Do we feel lust? Yes
Do we betray? Yes
Do we hurt? Yes
If we do everything that we are not supposed to do, then how can we claim to be a good human.
If the above of these feelings were to be called "natural" then we would have been born with them! But we were happy babies! Loving children!
So these above are acquired sanskars! We saw people we experienced and we left our original sanskar of kindness, love, and affection and we moved on to hatred, revenge, anger etc.
That's exactly why our souls are restless.
They are empty.
They are lonely.
Because they feel left out, from where they should have been.
Just a reality check for yourself - have you seen a newborn angry? Biased towards a race or caste? Or any negative feeling.
No! Because we are not meant to be that way!
